Was ist möglich?
Projekt vorbereiten
Überlege dir vorher, welche Teile du in welchen Maßen brauchst.

English version
The Proxxon FET precision table saw makes accurate, straight cuts in small and thin workpieces up to 22 mm thick, for example for model making, enclosures or circuit boards. For large panels and thicker wood, use the Festool table saw.
Only trained users may operate the saw. Please read the rules, settings and kickback notes in the instructions first:
Proxxon FET mini table saw instructions (PDF, in German)
What is possible?
- Straight rip cuts along the rip fence, for example strips and slats
- Cross cuts and angled cuts with the mitre gauge
- Bevel cuts with the blade tilted (0° to 45°)
- Cutting epoxy (FR4) circuit boards and ceramics with the diamond blade
Materials
Wood and wood-based panels, plastics, aluminium and other soft non-ferrous metals, circuit boards and ceramics are allowed, each with the matching blade and at most 22 mm thick. Steel, iron and material with nails, screws or staples are not allowed. Dust from hardwood, MDF and circuit boards is harmful, so dust extraction always runs.
Preparing your project
Plan which parts you need and their sizes. Very small, round or warped parts cannot be guided safely along a fence. Ask the supervisors which blade suits your material: only supervisors change the blade.
